Loveless, president of the Klondike Placer Miners’ Association (KPMA), contacted some area other miners who had indicated some desire to give back to the community after a good mining season with higher gold prices. Together they donated $500,00 to support TH in providing the nutrition program. Many of the miners have children attending the school.
