Ole Dahl (b. 1891)
	
Ole Dahl was born in Norway.((Library and Archives Canada, WWI Reg. #214054. Drafted 3 May 1918.)) He was among those who staked gold claims on Johnson Creek, near Highet Creek, in 1915. In 1917, he was working for Elmer Middlecoff on Highet Creek.((Linda E.T. MacDonald and Lynette R. Bleiler, //Gold & Galena.// Mayo Historical Society, 1990: 35, 360.)) Dahl was drafted for service in the First World War in May 1918.((Library and Archives Canada, WWI Reg. #214054. Drafted 3 May 1918.)) He returned to the Yukon after the war and in 1923 staked the Yellow Rock Group of six claims with partners A.N. Martin, E. Anderson, and C. Williamsen.
