Allen G. Barnes (1865 - 1918)
	
Allen Barnes was born in Wiltshire, England. He moved to Vancouver in 1890 with his brother Walter. Allen was in the restaurant business but in 1913 he was a miner at Lovett Gulch near Dawson. He and his brother, Walter, bought tickets for Vancouver on the //Princess Sophia// in 1918, and they both drowned when the ship sank in the Lynn Canal.
