Louis Broggio (b. 1887) Louis Broggio was born in Italy. In 1911, he was a single lodger living at Bonanza [aka Grand Forks].((Canadian Census, 1911.)) He was mining in the Dawson area in February 1918 when he was drafted to serve in the First World War.((Library and Archives Canada, Drafted to WWI, Reg. #2140245, 25 February 1918.)) He returned to the Yukon after the war and was a welder for New Northwest Corps. Ltd in 1923-24.
