E.R. Cooper
	
E.R. Cooper designed a gas-powered launch with a 6' propeller. In 1920, Cooper was the resident engineer for the Fortymile Power & Dredging Co. and the launch was used on the Fortymile and Yukon River. A man named Cooper occupied the Krautschneider House in Whitehorse in 1913. He made and sold small boats.(("Whitehorse Heritage Buildings: A Walking Tour of Yukon's Capitol." Yukon Historical and Museums Association, 1983: 54.)) [May or may not be the same man.]
