Joyce Caley Joyce Caley is a retired teacher whose community involvement has only increased since she left her Grade 1 class in the 1990s. She was a stalwart of the Dawson IODE, ran the annual Break-up Pool, and was the mainstay of St. Paul's Thrift Shop. Barb Hanulik described her as "a pillar holding up our town" - "generous with her time, good-natured and co-operative."
