Ray Clennett

Rev. Ray Clennett, with his wife Ruby, served 16 years in the Diocese of Yukon. Clennett was a veteran of WW II and did his theological studies at St. John's College in Winnipeg. Prior to coming to the Yukon, Rev. Clennett served in the Diocese of Edmonton in the three parishes of Manville, Clandonald and Frog Lake. He was the rector of St. Christopher's Church, Haines Junction and the north highway from 1960-1970. From 1970-1976 he was rector of Christ Church Cathedral, Whitehorse. Rev. Clennett died at Hudson Bay, Saskatchewan.((//Northern Lights,// Summer 1986: 5.))
