Willa Yvonne “Bonnie” Cameron (1924-2009)
	
Bonnie Cameron was born in Drumheller, Alberta and grew up primarily in the Edmonton area. She married Gordon Robertson Cameron in 1944 and moved to the Yukon. They raised four boys: Bob, Scot, Hunter, and Dean. In the mid-1950s Gordon served a term as Mayor and later was Commissioner of the Yukon. Bonnie was an active and founding member of the Whitehorse Drama Club through the 1950s and later was a strong supporter of the Citadel Theatre in Edmonton. She was an avid curler and active member of the Crestwood Ladies League in Edmonton for many years. Bonnie was survived by Gordon, her husband of sixty-five years, and their four sons.((//Yukon News// (Whitehorse), 20 November 2009.))
