William Wallace Chipman Doctor W. W. Chipman served with the Canadian Army medical Corp during the First World War. He was one of three staff that manned the Dawson office administering benefits for returned soldiers. Chipman was appointed Unit Medical Director by Ottawa and also acted as Medical Representative for Dawson and vicinity.
