Peggy D’Orsay Peggy D’Orsay has a Bachelor of Business Asministration fro Mt. St. Vincent University and a Master of Library and Information Science from Dalhousie University. Peggy supervised the Yukon Archives for twenty-six years, during which time she developed a library policies and procedures manual in the areas of acquisitions, interlibrary loans, cataloguing, and serial management. She was a contract librarian for the Council of Yukon First Nations (2018-2019), Yukon Native Language Centre (2019-2020) and Kwanlin Dun First Nation, Department of Heritage, Lands and Resources for two months in 2020.
