David Fisher (b. 1872) David Fisher was born in Scotland.((Library and Archives Canada, Attestation Paper. WWI Reg. #1015703. July 12, 1916 in Sidney.)) He came into the country in 1897 and was a member of the Yukon Order of Pioneers in 1915.((Yukon Archives, Otto Nordling fond 79/34.)) He was working as a labourer and teamster in July 1916 in Dawson when he enlisted for service in the First World War.
