Ross Findlater (d. 2023)
	
Ross Findlater was born in Hamilton, Ontario. He started his career in health working with families navigating the challenges of psychiatric disorders. He moved to the Yukon in 1977 and held several leadership roles in the Yukon Department of Health and Social Services. He was the executive director of the Yukon Family Services Association for many years. He was involved in the development of the Yukon Anti-Poverty Coalition, the Teen Parent Centre, the Yukon Child Development Centre, and more organizations that filled in the gaps that government left open.
