William Jack “John” Frame (1857-1939)
	
John Frame was born in McComb, Illinois. He practiced law at Snohomish, Washington from 1890 to 1898. In 1898, he was a newspaper publisher in Dawson. He moved to Forty Mile and then Nome from 1900 to 1902. He became the newspaper publisher of many newspapers in Alaska.((Evangeline Atwood and Robert N.
