Paul Gray (1962 – 2024) Paul Gray was born in Milverton, Ontario. He graduated from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay studying geography and outdoor recreation. Paul came to the Yukon with Katimavik and spent his summers while at university working on salmon conservation for the Department of Fisheries and Oceans in Yukon and Alaska. In 1988, he started working for the City of Whitehorse, first as a Bylaw Constable, then as a firefighter in 2005, and then as a fire prevention officer in 2017. In his off time, he enjoyed long distance motorcycle rides, and spent time as a hopeful farmer and optimistic beekeeper at his farm in Tagish.
