Thomas Haggart Thomas Haggart was an early prospector in the Mayo District. In 1896 he built two cabins on Nelson (Haggart) Creek and one on Dublin Gulch. He and his brother Peter travelled with Thomas Nelson and Warren Hiatt to the Klondike when gold was discovered there.
