Frank Tensley “Tin” Johnston (1911 – 2012) Tin Johnston was born in Lucinda, Pennsylvania and in his youth he worked as a mechanic in rural New York. Tim married Marion Dubois in 1931 and they remained a couple for 69 years until Marion passed away in 2005. Tin moved to the Ross River area in 1975 and began trapping near Finlayson Lake. He later moved over to the Lapie Lakes where he remained trapping until 1993.
