Russell M. Juby
	
Russ Juby joined the RCMP in his home province of Quebec. In 1967-68 he was transferred to Ottawa as a member of the musical ride and was promoted to instructor of horses and riders. In 1975, he was injured and began working in administration. Just prior to his transfer to the Yukon he was in charge of the finance section for the Ottawa headquarters. In 1996, Juby retired after a thirty-two year career with the Police.
