Thomas Fred Kilbride was a Dawson miner in 1918 when he was drafted for service in the First World War.((WWI Reg. # 2140281. Drafted 8 February 1918. Library and Archives Canada.)) He returned to the Yukon after the war and in 1923-24 was a winchman on a New North West Corp dredge in the Dawson area.((//Polks Gazetteer,// 1923-24.)) In the 1950s, Fred Kilbride was a dredge master on Yukon Consolidated Gold Corp dredge #6. He wife was Hazel Kilbride.((Yukon Archives, Sylvia E. Sands Johnson fonds 2007/91R.))
