Walter Cyril Keddy (b. 1892)
	
Walter Keddy was born in Nova Scotia.((WWI Reg. #1015571. May 29, 1916 in Sidney. Library and Archives Canada, Attestation Paper.)) When the First World War was declared, Keddy was on Herschel Island.
