Ellen Lenez, nee Chisolson (1866 – 1918) Ellen Lenez as born in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. She arrived in Dawson from Seattle in June 1902. She was a cousin of Alex MacDonald, a Klondike King. She married well known Dawson pioneer Peter Lenez in 1904 in Dawson.((The Maritime Museum of British Columbia, //SS Princess Sophia: Those Who Perished.// 2018: 73-74.)) Ellen was crippled with rheumatoid arthritis in 1918 and had been in an invalid's chair for several years.
