John Thomas “Scott” Lindsay (1867- 1900)
	
Scott Lindsay was a native of North Carolina and came to Dawson in 1898. He was associated with the establishment of the Alaska Commercial Co. store. He was a member of the Yukon Order of Pioneers. He died of pneumonia at a young age and his headstone inscription was "Though far from home, he was not without his friends."((LMR Vol. 1, pg. 10, 1983H/PCS#640, //Klondike Nugget// (Dawson), 22 & 25 February 1900.
