Alexander Francis Mahaffy (b. 1891)
	
Alexander Mahaffy was born in Ontario. ((WWI Officer’s Declaration Paper, Library and Archives Canada.)) He was an honour graduate and a specialist in science. He was appointed to succeed Mr. G. A.
