Agnes Mills (b. 1936) Agnes Mills is a Vuntut Gwitchin Elder. She attended a residential school outside her community of Old Crow until she was thirteen. Agnes has worked to advance the rights of Indigenous people as the National Elder of the Thunderbird Partnership Foundation.((“Meet this year’s inductees to the Order of Yukon.”// CBC News,// 5 December 2020.))
