Bill Oster (b. 1967)
	
Bill Oster was born in Whitehorse to parents Al and Mary Oster. Bill is a self-taught artist and illustrator. In 1997, He and David Ashley collaborated on a multi-media art piece, //Crow’s Yukon Journey,// located on the north-facing exterior of the Whitehorse Visitors Reception Centre.((“Yukon Visitor Reception Centre and Tourism Business Centre Visual Art.” August 1997: 8.)) Oster painted the mural on the rear wall of Klondike Rib & Salmon restaurant of a miner resting in his tent. The mural takes up the entire wall. Oster and Maurice Gogin painted the mural of a European castle on the west side of The Deli on Hanson Street.
