Declan O’Donovan (b. 1985) Declan O’Donovan was born in Whitehorse to parents Derm and Kathy O’Donovan, the ninth of eleven children. There was always a piano in the house and he took lessons through his childhood and teenage years. He and his brother Ryan and friends formed a blues rock band, Scotch, and achievement local fame. The four band members moved to Montreal in 2007 and parted ways in 2009.
