Jimmy Silverfox Jimmy Silverfox was from Big Salmon and his father was Ezaya (Old Isaac). Ezaya had a ring through his nose in the old tradition. Jimmy Silverfox used to hunt up the Pelly and Tay rivers.((Peter Silverfox interviewed by Kathy Sam. Carmacks Oral Histories, 1987.)) Jimmy and his brother Harry both married women named Annie. Jimmy lost his wife when his son Peter was very young. Peter saw many potlatches at Selkirk. They never put clothes down, just ready-tanned skin and shot-guns.((Peter Silverfox interviewed by Kathy Sam. Carmacks Oral Histories, 1987.)) Jimmy Silverfox and Annie had sixteen children.
