Michael G. Stutter (b. 1931) Mike Stutter was born in Alesford, England. He immigrated to Canada in 1948 and gained employment with Yukon Consolidated Gold Corp (YCGC) at the North Fork Power Plant. They operated the Brainstorm Freighting Services from 1961 to 1974. Their riverboat, the //Brain Storm,// carried goods and supplies to Old Crow along the 700 miles of the Yukon and Porcupine rivers. There were two owners of the boat before them, but they were the ones who made it into a business. Warnsby and Stutter were partners in a number of enterprises over the years. Between 1986 and 1995, he served on the Environmental Impact Review Board (EIRB).
