Eddie Taylor Eddie Taylor started working for Yukon Highways and Public Works in 1980 and became a supervisor in 1984. He served as deputy chief of the Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in in 1996/97. This was when the First Nation finalized their land claims, purchased 28% of the Yukon Inn and Yukon Plaza, and 100% of Mackenzie Petroleum and Kluane Freightlines.
