Harry George Walker (1882 – 1941)
	
Harry George Walker was in Dawson in 1914 when he enlisted to serve in the First World War with Colonel’s Boyle’s Yukon Machine Gun Battery. He later was part of the 2nd Motor Machine Gun Brigade in France and was a awarded a military medal for bravery in 1917. Walker prospected in the Yukon and Alaska. He died in St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver.((//The Whitehorse Star// (Whitehorse), 22 August 1941.))
