Samuel L. Coulter (b. 1876)

Samuel Coulter was the Whitehorse federal government customs clerk in October 1916 when he enlisted to serve in the First World War.1) Lance Corporal Coulter was recruited by Captain George Black and was in England by August 1917.2) Upon demobilization, Coulter returned to the same job in Whitehorse.3)
