Walter G. Clark

Walter G. Clark was the first vice-president and consulting engineer of the Fortymile Power and Dredging Co. Clark Williams was the chairman of the board of directors and Harry Garner was the treasurer. E. R. Cooper was the resident engineer at Forty Mile. Cooper came during the winter over the ice and went up to Forty Mile before the ice broke. The company owned property on Denison Fork and Moose Creek, and the Fortymile River itself. They had about thirty-five men working on the property in 1920. Mr. Clark installed the North Fork Power Plant for the C.K.P. and also the old Northern Light & Power Plant and he was in charge of the latter.1)
