Catherine Deer

Cathy Deer has a diploma of graphic arts from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and developed has an artist through her experiences as an art preparator and the conservation of art collections. Her art focuses on graphite and charcoal, but she has worked in other media. Her art is in national and international collections, including the Yukon Permanent Collection, and has been featured on two Royal Canadian Mint coins.¹⁾
