James Dillon (1869 - 1947)

James Dillon as bornin Arnprior, Ontario and came north during the gold rush. He was in Atlin, British Columbia before moving on to Dawson. He ran a freighting business and then drove a stagecoach for Sam McCormick. Dillon was active in the Dawson Oddfellows and the Yukon Order of Pioneers where he served as a trustee in 1937.1)
