Peter Draper (b. 1870)

Peter Draper was born in New Brunswick.¹⁾ He left the Klondike to mine at Livingstone in 1907. Polks Gazetteer listed him as a Dawson resident in 1915.²⁾ He was mining at Livingstone Creek in October 1916 when he enlisted in Whitehorse for service in the First World War.³⁾ He was recruited by Captain George Black and was in England by August 1917.⁴⁾ Draper returned to the Yukon after the war and was a cook with Keno Hill Ltd. in 1923-24.⁵⁾
