Allanah Ann Fuhre, nee Tunnicliffe
Allanah Fuhre worked for the British Columbia Government for seven years in administration and worked for the Yukon Government as Director of Policy, Planning and Evaluation in Community and Transportation Services. She moved to Dawson in 1988 and worked for two years as the Dawson City Manager. She married artist Albert Fuhre in 1990. In 1991, she was the proprietor of Paradise Alley Emporium in the summers and an independent consultant, artist and accountant. In 1991, she ran for a seat on the Dawson City Council.1) In 1999, Fuhre was the newly appointed Casino Operations Manager at Diamond Tooth Gerties Gambling Hall.2)
