“Mamie” Hall (d. 1918)

Mamie was a caterer living in Vancouver in 1918. Her husband James had recently died on their boat in California, so she made a trip to Dawson on her own to collect royalties from their mining properties. She drowned that fall when the Princess Sophia sank in the Lynn Canal.¹⁾
