Patricia Isaac

Patricia Isaac was the first daughter born to Chief Isaac and his wife Eliza. From an early age she was known as Princess Pat. She had sore eyes as a child and her father took her to a medicine man at Fort Selkirk who did a ritual dance and bathed her eyes with a natural plant solution. It was to no avail and she was totally blind by the time her last two of her four children were born. 1) Patricia Isaac was a graduate from the Carcross School and she taught at the St. Barnabas day school at Moosehide near Dawson after she returned home.2)
