Leda Jules

Leda Jules, a member of the Wolf Clan, was born on the trail near Wolverine Creek when her family on travelling back to Pelly Banks. Leda completed two diplomas in Adult Education and took courses from Alaska and Arizona University. She works for Laird First Nations as an interpreter, developer of language and cultural programs. Her heart is at Frances Lake, where her family has a tent frame. She continues to help the next generation learn Kaska Ways and live off the land as ancestors have done.1)
