T. G. Jones

T. G. Jones made a clean-up of $150,000 in the Dawson goldfields and moved to Seattle. Hearing of the gold strike in the Chisana district, he had a specially constructed automobile made with the power to run up hills with a ton of goods. He expected to have no trouble on the newly built road from McCarthy, Alaska. He also expected to do considerable business in the winter with his portable sawmill.1)
