Anne Leckie

Ann Leckie holds a Ph.D. in Geography from the University of Calgary. She moved to the Mayo area in 1986 and worked for many years for the First Nation of Nacho Nyak Dun in Lands, Resource and Heritage management. She was Executive Director of the department when she retired in 2011. Anne was a founding member of the Mayo Historical Society and a contributing author of Gold & Galena and Heart of the Yukon. She is an active member of the Silver Trail Chamber of Commerce and serves on the National Trust for Canada. She has been the chair of the Yukon Heritage Resources Board since 2012.¹⁾
