Joseph Micka (d. 2012)
Joe and Johanna Micka came to Canada from the Netherlands in 1957. Joe founded Mic Mac Motors in Whitehorse in the late 1960s.1) John MacKinnon was a founding partner and Mic Mac was a combination of their names. Ken Mason and a partner bought into the original partnership in 1974.2) Joe Micka retired in 1976.3) Ken Mason became the sole owner of Mic Mac Toyota in 1985. He changed the name to Whitehorse Toyoto when he built a new store in 1989.4)
