Mabel McIntyre

Mabel McIntyre was a NaCho Nyäk Dun citizen, born and raised in Mayo. She was the Mayo postmistress from 1942 until l972. She was a very colourful lady with a big heart. She lived in a cabin that was the original mining recorder’s office from 1933 to 1972. The Mabel McIntyre Building is a designated Yukon Historic Site.¹⁾
