Edward Kemp Sargison (d. 1938)

Ed Sargison came to Dawson in 1902 to work at the Yukon Sun newspaper. He was a highly-skilled journeyman printer and linotype operator. In 1904, the Sun plant was damaged by fire and Sargison left Dawson with the plant to work at what became the Fairbanks News-Miner. Edward Sargison died in Seattle.¹⁾
