Charles H. Wilkinson (1869 – 1918)
Charles Wilkinson was born in Colome, Michigan and came north from Edmonton, Alberta. In 1918, he was a resident of Whitehorse. In Dawson, he was a prominent farmer with a ranch at Sunnydale, across the Yukon River from town, and also employed by Yukon Gold on their farm. He had a ticket to Vancouver on the Princess Sophia and drowned when the ship sank in the Lynn Canal.1)
