Frank A. Whitney

Frank Whitney was the principal of the Dawson Public School in 1917-18. Whitney moved to Mayo in the early 1920s and became a clerk for the Taylor and Drury store. In the 1930s, he was a bookkeeper and then timekeeper for Treadwell Yukon and in the 1940s worked for White Pass. Whitney and his wife Theos had two children, Nancy and John. The family moved to Vancouver where Frank died in his eighties and Theos died at the age of ninety-two.1)
