Newton Webster

Newt Webster started with the Yukon Consolidated Gold Corp in 1936 as a labourer. In 1939, he joined the pole line crew and five years later was transferred to the North Fork Power Plant as chief operator. The power plant was scheduled to operate into the spring after the company closed down and Newt continued in his position.¹⁾
