Robert Watson (d. 1905)

Robert Watson was a graduate of University of Toronto in mathematics. He was cheated of his claim on Bonanza Creek in 1896 and retreated to Watson Creek, a tributary of the Stewart River. He trapped and searched Shakespeare's works for the origins of modern slang words. He is buried at Watson Creek.1)
