Theodore “Teddy” Watch (1874 – 1956)
Teddy Watch was born in Czechoslovakia and came to the Yukon in 1907. He mined on Gold Hill and Eureka Creek in the Klondike and worked for many years for the Yukon Gold Company in their hydraulic operation. Later he moved to town to live and finally resided at the Sunset [Lodge]. Teddy Watch died at St. Mary’s Hospital in Dawson.1)
