Charlie J. Young

Charlie Young was a Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) officer station in Dawson during the winter of 1921/22 and 1922/23. In 1924/25 he was in charge of the RCMP station at Rampart House and signed up to put in another winter there. He planned to return to Dawson for the winter of 1927.¹⁾
