George W. Allen (d. 1918)
George Allen was born in Damascus, Palestine [Syria]. He was a resident of Dawson for several years and worked for Yukon Gold at several camps in the district. He had a ticket to Vancouver on the Princess Sophia and drowned when the ship sank in the Lynn Canal.1)
